YEREVAN. – A suicide occurred in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.

A call was received, on Thursday at 11:56pm, informing that a person had committed suicide by jumping off a bridge. 

The Crisis Management Center operative team and rescue squad were dispatched to the scene of the incident.  

The rescuers removed the dead body from the river below the bridge and handed it to the police officers.
