The alienation of official Moscow and the West has contributed to the Ukrainian crisis.
OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Didier Burkhalter—who is also the Swiss Confederation President and Head of the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs—stated the aforementioned, reported ITAR-TASS news agency of Russia.
“And the absence of a shared vision for prospects [also] contributed to the start of the Ukrainian crisis,” the politician added.
In addition, Burkhalter urged not to reduce the efforts to diplomatically overcome the crisis, and not to permit a further escalation of the Ukrainian conflict.
