YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has issued a message of congratulations to President José Alberto “Pepe” Mujica Cordano of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

Sargsyan congratulated Mujica on Uruguay’s national day, the Independence Day, informed the Press Office of the President of Armenia.
