In the latter half of September, Armenia and Estonia plan to sign a cooperation agreement on educational and scientific research.

Armenian Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan is slated to visit Estonian capital city Tallinn on September 22.

Jevgeni Ossinovski, the Estonian Minister of Education and Research, on Tuesday invited Ashotyan for an official visit to Estonia, from September 22 to 24, and to sign a cooperation agreement, ERR reported.
