YEREVAN. – Armenia’s DigiTec 2014 international technology exhibition, which will be held from October 3 to 5, will devote an entire platform to robotics and, in addition, a festival will be held on robots that solve everyday problems.

Karen Vardanyan, who is executive director of exhibition organizer Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) of Armenia, informed the aforesaid, the UITE press service told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Vardanyan also noted that 30,000 visitors are expected to the tenth jubilee DigiTec.

“We gradually manage to turn DigiTec into a gathering place for the Armenian information technology [IT] community,” he stated noting that there is a growing interest in the technology sector.
