The General Staff of Ukraine plans to create a partisan movement in the east of the country, stated Andriy Lysenko, the director of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Information Center.

In Lysenko’s words, according to preliminary data, there are 10 to 15 thousand Russian soldiers currently in Ukraine.

“In Luhansk, they don’t even hide their [military] ranks, affiliation to the Russian Federation Armed Forces. They set up corridors, through which they pass with [military] equipment, manpower, and ammunition-armed motorcades,” Andriy Lysenko stressed.
