YEREVAN. – Hakob Injighulyan, an Armenian captive who was handed over by Azerbaijan to a third country, is willing to return to Armenia.

Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said the young man has left Azerbaijan and is in a neutral zone.

“Now it is being decided whether he will got to the third state or will come back to Armenia. According to our information, Hakob wants to come back,” Ohanyan said.

On the night of August 8, 2013, Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) had gotten lost and found himself in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan.
