YEREVAN. – Secretary of Prosperous Armenia faction Naira Zohrabyan does not understand why her party leader's interview has become a reason for inconsistency.

Zohrabyan said Gagik Tsarukyan simply expressed view that is shared by Prosperous Armenia members.

“We are not discussing the essence of constitutional reforms, whether it is good or bad. We are speaking about unemployment, migration and poverty, and constitutional reforms are inexpedient. One should not push for constitutional reforms, when the mentioned problems remain unsolved,” she added.

As to the authorities, they are trying to shift the blame on the Constitution, presenting situation as if the reforms could tackle the problems.

“It seems Constitution is to blame for all problems,” Zohrabyan emphasized.
