YEREVAN. – While driving a VAZ 2106-model vehicle, Artyom A., 33, ran over Vachik Badalyan, 49, on Friday at 9pm, on the road that leads from Mkhchyan village to Ditak village in Armenia.

As a result, Artyom A. inflicted bodily harm to Badalyan and, after having taken him to hospital, he went to a police station.

A report was received from Erebuni Medical Center in capital city Yerevan, on Saturday at 4:40am, that Badalyan had died in hospital without regaining consciousness at 4:30am, the Police press service informed.

An investigation is underway into the incident.
