YEREVAN. - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on September 23  will visit the United States to participate in the 69th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Armenian News - NEWS.am reports.

According to the press service of the president, in New York Serzh Sargsyan will meet with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland, as well as with leaders of other states.

While in the United States, President Sargsyan will deliver a speech at Columbia University and meet with the leading American experts in the field of international relations, as well as with the chairman of the National Ethnic Coalition Organizations (NECO) Nasser Kazemini.

Serzh Sargsyan will also participate in the opening of the "ArmTech 2014" forum and will meet with representatives of the Armenian community of the United States.
