The employees of Armenia’s “Garni” Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve and one of its visitors have prevented, on Friday morning, Russian Federation citizen Maksim Nikitenko from his subsequent course of offense against the Garni pagan temple. 

Nikitenko, however, already had managed to write on the back wall of the temple, and with a special paint.   

“Garni” Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve Branch Manager A. Babayan immediately informed the Armenian Heritage Conservation Service SNCO management about the incident, and reported the offense committed against this cultural monument to the Police.
