STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh authorities said they are ready to hand over the body of Azerbaijani saboteur to Azerbaijan.

Given the fact that the person was identified as G. Hasanov, a citizen of Azerbaijan, NKR authorities, with good will and commitment to the provisions of the Geneva Conventions, are willing to unilaterally transfer the body of Hasanov to Azerbaijani authorities.
