Arsen Avakov, the Internal Affairs Minister of Ukraine, has announced that twenty people were detained during the “Peace March” in Kharkiv city.

Avakov wrote about the aforementioned in his Facebook account.

“The police arrested two dozen people who have violated the prohibition on staging this anti-Ukrainian demonstration,” the minister wrote, in particular.

Arsen Avakov also noted that he will speak with the investigator.

Earlier it was reported that although the Ukrainian authorities had banned the holding of the “Peace March” in Kharkiv, about 100 people came out to this demonstration.
