YEREVAN. – “Royal Armenia” Armenian-Cuban JV LLC, a leading company in processing and packaging high-quality green coffee, has been recognized “National Ratings Leader” in 2014.
According to surveys organized by the analytic research center "Public Ratings" and "Gallup International," "Royal Armenia" Armenian-Cuban JV LLC has been recognized as "National Ratings Leader" in its respective industry in 2014.
Mr. Aram Navasardyan, the director of "Gallup International Armenia" passed the prize to Mr. David Akopian Alujas, the director of "Royal Armenia," with the following comments, "The surveys were conducted throughout Armenia with the representative sample of 1067 respondents. We were not asking which was the best company in the list, but we were positioning questions upon the coffee consumption and brand preferences. The consumer choices have very different criteria - one selects upon the taste, the other chooses packaging, and so on. In case of "Royal Armenia" we have multilevel evaluation."
According to Royal Armenia's Head of Advertising Department, Mr. Minas Hambardzumyan, the surveys conducted by Gallup International distinguish with considerably serious approach, and the company highly appreciates the fact of being recognized as the leader in the industry."The basic evaluation criteria for consumers is the quality of the production. If the products are high quality, the assessment mark is also high" he said.
Since 1997, Royal Armenia is the first and the leading company in Armenia in processing and packaging high-quality green coffee. The Company produces various blends of Arabica and Robusta ground coffee from the best sorts of green coffee imported from Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia and other countries. Instant coffee drinks 3 in 1, in three varieties – “Classic”, “Light” and “Strong,” are Royal Armenia's recent products.
After processing, the products of Royal Armenia are being supplied to the markets of Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia and France. Royal Armenia is the only producer-company in the region which has ISO certified production process: Quality - ISO 9002 & ISO 9001:2008; Food Safety - ISO 22000:2005.
