Anne Brasseur noted that all those who defend the rights and freedoms must be able to count on tangible support. One of the missions of the Council of Europe and the Assembly is to provide this support.

During her latest visit to Baku, Brasseur said Azerbaijan should fulfill its obligations to the Council of Europe.
