YEREVAN. – The four non-government National Assembly factions (Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, and Heritage) will convene a session Wednesday in the parliament.

They will discuss their future courses of action regarding their twelve-point demands to the authorities, and the amendments to the Law on Turnover Tax.

On June 10, the aforementioned four non-ruling parliamentary forces issued their twelve-point demands to the authorities, and they set Tuesday, September 30 as deadline for the complete fulfillment of these demands. The government, however, has not met these demands.

Separately, pursuant to the amendments to the Law on Turnover Tax, which have come into force on Wednesday, a business enterprise will be warned at first, and, subsequently, it will be fined for not submitting a document on its commodity circulation. The large businesses, however, often do not provide documents to the small and medium-sized enterprises concerning the products.
