Azerbaijani Foreign Minister was met by a protest action in the PACE hall in Strasbourg.

The protesters gathered in the hall ahead of Elmar Mammadyarov's speech to voice strong criticism against Azerbaijani leadership's policy.

A group of activists demanded release of political prisoners in Azerbaijan.

Earlier this year Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev faced a protest action during his speech at PACE in June.
