STEPANAKERT. – The most accessible and operative officials of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic are apparent.
Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Office of the Human Rights Defender of the NKR that the ombudsman’s staff has conducted a survey, among those who have applied to the staff, to determine which heads of the NKR executive bodies are more accessible to the people, more responsive to their needs, and more effectively pursue their rights.
As a result of the survey, Minister of Health Harutyun Kushkyan and Police Chief Kamo Aghajanyan were recognized the most accessible and operative officials of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
