YEREVAN. – Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Thursday met with the EU Special Representative on South Caucasus Herbert Salber to discuss regional challenges.

The sides discussed issues related to the settlement of Karabakh conflict as well as the planned meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders in Paris.

Minister Nalbandian drew EU official's attention to the frequent cases of ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side ahead of Paris meeting and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair's visit to region that has negative affect on peace talks.

Herbert Salber noted EU's interest in peaceful resolution of the regional conflicts and support for OSCE Minsk Group's efforts into peaceful resolution of Karabakh conflict.
