YEREVAN. – There is an impression that the Armenian government is reading opposition representative's mind, MP Nikol Pashinyan told Deputy Finance Minister Vakhtang Mirumyan.

Pashinyan noted that the government had submitted a bill to support border regions without discussing it with him, although they promised to.

“On September 25 the PM instructed you to study my draft bill and include the reasonable proposals into the government's package. Now it turns out you have not read my text at all. How did they get which proposal was reasonable and which not? Is the government able to read someone's mind?” he wonders.

In response Deputy Minister said the proposals were discussed with the Ministry of Territorial Administration.
