YEREVAN. – Official Baku has shifted from “one step forward, two steps back” policy to a new one that can be described as “zero step forward and one back”, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian said in the parliament on Wednesday.

Minister Nalbandian highly assessed the initiative by President of France Francois Hollande to host a meeting of presidents in Paris.

“This is the third summit within three months that is organized by the presidents of co-chairing states. This shows co-chairs' commitment to continue joint efforts into achieving progress in Karabakh talks,” he said.

The lack of progress is not conditioned by  Armenia, Karabakh or the co-chairs, he said, adding that Armenia will display constructive approach during talks in Paris.

“We have always been positive about the summits organized by co-chairs,” he emphasized.
