YEREVAN. – The talks between opposition and authorities are a natural thing to overcome the current situation, head of Heritage faction Ruben Hakobyan said during a briefing on Friday.
“It is a natural process. I am surprised at the fact that our statements about readiness to hold talks with the authorities are perceived with surprise and criticism. And how can we act to achieve the desired results?” he said.
