YEREVAN. – Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan paid a visit to the new Kentron (Central) extended service office of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Government of Armenia.

Abrahamyan toured the office and got familiarized with its working conditions, informed the Press Office of the Government.

During a briefing with reporters, the Premier positively evaluated the ongoing reforms by the aforesaid committee and underscored the introduction of the electronic system, which will contribute to the reduction of corruption risks.

“The reforms shall continue, and the government will see to it that the work will be transparent and the citizen-employee contact is reduced. All dealings that the person conducts must be easy and accessible,” Abrahamyan noted, in particular.

As for future steps, the PM considered indispensable the continuous introduction of the electronic system, and the organization of work based on the “one-window” precept.

The new service office is equipped with the latest technology, and it also has facilities to ensure easy access for persons with physical disabilities.
