YEREVAN. – Armenian authorities have almost exhausted their potential, secretary of ANC Aram Manukyan said during a briefing on Friday.
“The regime has wasted everything, only a bunch of glib talkers is left”, he said.
It is obvious that the ruling regime has no external support, and “Serzh Sargsyan is not considered a serious partner in foreign policy. He inspires no confidence”.
In this context, consolidation of three parties – Prosperous Armenia, the Armenian National Congress and Heritage – is justified, he said.
