YEREVAN. – The 19th Yerevan International Conference on Constitutional Justice is convened in Armenia’s capital city.
In addition, President Serzh Sargsyan has issued a message to the conference participants.
“The twenty-year modern history around the constitutional developments of the Republic of Armenia shows that there is no alternative to ensuring the rule of law for the establishment of a legal, democratic state,” President Sargsyan specifically noted in his message.
