YEREVAN. – There are qualified personnel and political stability in Armenia.  

World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO) President Gaetano Cavalieri told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am, at the Yerevan Show 2014 international jewelry exhibition being held in the Armenian capital city.    

He noted that the free economic zone, which has been established in Yerevan for the jewelry sector, will be a good opportunity for international development. In addition, as per the Italian professional, the Russian market is not the main factor for Armenia.

“Armenia is located in a very important region; it is close to the West and the East. And Armenia can benefit from it, especially taking into account that it has gone a long way in jewelry production and in diamond and other precious stone processing,” Cavalieri stated.          

He added that there are many other things that attract investors.

“It is a stable political system, good conditions and quality of life.  

“Here [, in Armenia,] there are all conditions, both in terms of infrastructure and recruits, and from the political and tax perspective. 

“The combination of all this creates good conditions for business,” the international expert concluded.
