YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 413.94/$1 in Armenia on Thursday, and this makes for an AMD 0.43 rise from the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 517.76 (up by AMD 1.70), that of one British pound was AMD 660.77 (up by AMD 3.87), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 9.12 (down by AMD 0.18), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 203.89, AMD 15,198.28, and AMD 16,010.1, respectively.

Thursday’s trading totaled USD 1,650,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 414.5/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 414.5/$1.
