YEREVAN. - The resident of Armenia’s Syunik region, 41-year-old Sonia Avetisyan, who was declared lost two weeks ago, reappeared in Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh), Armenian News - NEWS.am reports.
According to the head of village administration Sergey Hayrapetyan, the woman was found in Agdam region of Artsakh. Sonia Avetisyan is in police custody. At the moment, the relatives of the woman, her brother and husband, are trying to understand how exactly she reached Artsakh.
Earlier, on Nov. 4, the resident of Khndzoresk village of Syunik region reported to the Goris police that on Oct. 30, in the morning, he had a dispute with his wife, after which she left the house and never returned.
