YEREVAN. – Hraparak has learned that Armenian National Assembly (NA) Speaker Galust Sahakyan was very irritated by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s disrespectful demeanor the other day towards his son Arman Sahakyan, who heads the State Property Management Department, the daily reported.

“And, in general, they are not on good terms in recent times.

“The thing is that first, by ‘making’ Galust RPA [i.e., ruling Republican Party NA] Faction head and, subsequently, having him appointed NA Speaker, Hovik Abrahamyan thought that the latter [, Galust Sahakyan,] would do everything so that both the parliament and the government are subjected to him [, Abrahamyan], but he made a mistake in the [respective] calculations.

“The head of government’s patience ran out as a result of reserving for Galust the process of ‘speaking’ with the non-government [NA forces] around the well known ‘12 points’ [of demands of theirs from the government], and his [, Galust Sahakyan’s,] failure [in this],” Hraparak wrote.
