YEREVAN. – Members of the ruling Republican (RPA) and the non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia (PAP) National Assembly (NA) factions seem to have found a more interesting work than deliberating on bills at the session of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.
During discussions on making amendments to the Law on the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Orders, PAP MP and Spokesperson Tigran Urikhanyan addressed RPA female deputy Arpine Hovhannisyan, who was sitting in front of him.
“Why do you look at me so closely?” Urikhanyan asked.
“My gaze is not directed at you, but rather directed in front of me, Mr. Urikhanyan. Don’t be shy,” Hovhannisyan responded.
“I don’t feel shy from your gaze, but rather I have opposite feelings,” the PAP MP answered back.
“Well, good. So, you’re adequate,” the RPA deputy countered.
