YEREVAN. – Five Armenia-based innovative projects have received mini-grants from the American CRDF Global, which is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes international scientific and technical collaboration.

The winners were determined during the STEP 2014 Venture Conference, which was convened Thursday in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.

Accordingly, the Macquaponics, SoloLearn, and Forkize programs won the top prize of 15,000 US dollars. The Cyber Data Security, and atDent projects, on the other hand received the second prize: 7,500 dollars.

The aforesaid conference is held in Armenia since 2006, and it aims to discover and promote new innovative projects.
