Nagorno-Karabakh Republic—or Artsakh—National Assembly (NKR NA) Speaker Ashot Ghulyan was on a working visit to Washington, DC.

On Wednesday, Ghulyan paid a visit to the Armenian Assembly of America Office, where met with Assembly Executive Director Bryan Ardouny and several other persons in charge.   

They discussed Artsakh’s political and economic development issues, and the avenues for presenting these matters to the world. 

On Thursday, the NKR NA leader visited the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) Office, where he met with ANCA Executive Director Aram Hamparian, and ANCA Office former head Garo Armenian.

The interlocutors conferred on the current situation and the possible developments in the peace process of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani conflict and the regional and international events, and reflected on the main directions of cooperation in the coming years.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic National Assembly speaker has completed his working visit to Washington, DC.
