YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate and national roads are open for traffic as of Tuesday at 9:30am, reported the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
But there is black ice on some sections of the Vardenyats (Selim) Mountain Pass.
In addition, snow is falling on the roads in Yeghegnadzor, Vayk, Sisian, Goris, and Meghri towns.
The road crews are scattering salt and sand on the motorways to ensure safe travel.
