YEREVAN. - Armenian General and MP Seyran Saroyan had a very colorful speech on Tuesday in the parliament, where he decided to “tell people truth in plain language” without use of “cultural words” Armenian News - NEWS.am reports.
Concerning the attack on his colleague, opposition MP Aram Manukyan, Saroyan said that MPs are also to be blame for what happened, as the parliament members should be first to slap their colleague, Aram Manukyan, in face for publicly cursing Armenian President.
“Aram Manukyan, you are an intelligent boy, you know how to curse, but are you ready to be accountable for cursing? You were slapped in your snout and you‘ve raised a dust all over the world,” Seyran Saroyan said.
The former general also said that when he or other former militaries curse, that is acceptable, but Aram Manukyan is too intelligent to curse.
