YEREVAN. – Collapse of the Armenian dram will not affect state budget of 2015, the head of Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan told reporters.

He noted that the government is converting drams to foreign currency, and increase in value of exchange rate creates difficulties. On the other hand, inflow of currency through foreign credit and grant programs in drams will increase.

“One factor compensates another, so there are no risks for implementation of the 2015 budget,” he assured.
