YEREVAN. – The first humanitarian center of CSTO will open in Armenia next year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the meeting of Collective Security Council of CSTO.

“A network of CSTO humanitarian centers will be created with the support of Russia. The first one will open in Armenia next year. A similar center will start working in the territory of Kyrgyzstan,” he added.

Putin noted that during Russia's presidency of CSTO, attention was drawn to the strengthening of foreign borders of the Organization and to improvement of capabilities and forces of collective reaction.
