YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 458.51/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday, which is up by AMD 2.34 from Monday.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 561.03 (up by AMD 1.67), that of one British pound was AMD 714.04 (up by AMD 1.50), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.39 (up by AMD 0.32), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.
One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 237.19, AMD 17,619.7, and AMD 17,616.02, respectively.
Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 6 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 457.07/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 457.5/$1.
