YEREVAN. – The rail freight from Armenia is waiting in Poti, Georgia, and its transfer toward Russia has stopped; it is not known for how long this will last, Hraparak daily reported.
“Our source close to the Russian Railways said that the Georgian side is not providing ferries explaining by the poor weather conditions.
“The ferries head to Russia, Ukraine and toward Turkey from the port of Poti, and the cargo has piled up there.
“On the other hand, there is information that Georgia sends Ukrainian cargo as priority, which has caused discontent by the Russian side,” Hraparak wrote.
