YEREVAN. – Heritage party deputy chairman Armen Martirosyan said “heated political autumn” that he was expecting has failed.

Martirosyan confessed he was expecting a complete change of regime in the country, but “heated political autumn” in terms of political processes was ensured.

“We had two incredible rallies, there was readiness to discuss 12 demands. And, finally, the authorities somehow backtracked from the so-called constitutional reform,” he noted.

Asked why “heated political autumn” did not become a reality, he stressed that development of political processes went in other direction.

“I think we will have greater opportunity to change situation in the near future,” Martirosyan said.
