Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Monday paid a visit to a military unit of the Armed Forces, toured the unit, and got familiarized with the military service conditions of its soldiers.

Subsequently, Nalbandian met with the officers and servicemen of the military unit and responded to their numerous queries.

Congratulating the soldiers on the coming New Year and Armenian Christmas holidays, the minister noted that military servicemen usually spend these holidays away from their families because they carry out the sacred mission of defending the homeland.

Nalbandian wished pacific military service and success to the soldiers, and stressed that the toughness and strength of the Armenia Armed Forces depend on their success. In addition, the minister wished them a military service that will make their families proud of them.

Edward Nalbandian also assured that the Armenian diplomats will continue their efforts to strengthen a lasting peace and stability.
