YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 472.10/$1 in Armenia on Monday, which is up by AMD 1.08 from the previous day.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 530.88 (up by AMD 1.74), that of one British pound was AMD 708.53 (up by AMD 3.08), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.21 (down by AMD 0.15), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.
One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 276.7, AMD 19,652.19, and AMD 19,337.24, respectively.
Monday’s trading totaled USD 200,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 474.5/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 474.5/$1.
