STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday received Colonel General Mikayel Harutyunyan, the Chief Military Inspector of the President of Armenia.

Army-building and respective cooperation between the two Armenian states were discussed at the meeting, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

The Artsakh Defense Minister and Defense Army Commander, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan, also attended this talk.
