YEREVAN. – I can imagine how Armenians love Komitas – the pride of the Armenian nation, adviser at the Chinese Embassy in Armenia Lo Shinsu told reporters during his visit to Komitas Museum.

The Chinese diplomat was one of the participants of the event organized by “Welcome to Armenia” association headed by Natalya Nalbandian, the spouse of Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

“Thanks to today's event, I learned more about Komitas, his great personality. Previously, we knew little about his music, now I was able to learn more about his life and the Armenian history,” he said.

Chinese diplomat was particularly impressed by the suffering and patriotism of Komitas, the feelings that he had for his nation, and his success in music.
