Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has yet again stated that his country will take no step towards the normalization of relations with Armenia without the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Erdogan, during a trip to Saudi Arabia, responded to the questions of the journalists accompanying him on board the plane, and also reflected on relations with Armenia, reported Beyazgazete website of Turkey.

“Unless Armenia takes a step in the matter on the lands it occupied from Azerbaijan, we will not open the borders [of ours with Armenia],” Erdogan noted. “International law says Karabakh is occupied. If the US and Russia want, the issue can be resolved in one second.”
