YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Tuesday paid a visit to the Panos Terlemezian Yerevan State College of Arts.
After touring this learning institution, the President attended the official opening of the exhibition of the works of the painters who teach at this college, and devoted to the 150th birth anniversary of renowned Armenian painter Panos Terlemezian, whom this college is named after.
The Terlemezian 150th anniversary events at the school also included the official launch of two postage stamps and a commemorative coin, and the presentation of the memoir-album book—which was published with state funds—dedicated to this Armenian artist.
