Azerbaijani media outlets thought a bit and decided to openly demonstrate deterioration in relations with the U.S.

Pro-government newspaper called “Azerbaijan” named Barack Omaba “a tyrant who is showing signs of a strong hegemony”, haqqin.az reported.

The article says that the world countries, in particular the Muslim ones, that are willing to protect their national rights are faced with serious pressure.

“The people of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Egypt must be 'thankful' to Mr. Obama for catastrophic consequences of the policy that is carried out under the guise of 'democracy' and 'prosperity',” the article says.

The authors accuse the U.S. government of crackdown on free speech and protests.

“The Ferguson events showed that even journalists, bloggers, lawyers and human rights advocates may face persecution. Arrest is one of the favorite instruments of Mr. Obama in order to silence critics,” the article reads.
