President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said the economic union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan has expanded at the expense of Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

During his talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, he said now there is an opportunity to make all conversations and talks formal.

“Difficult time all over the world requires difficult decisions. I think you and I will take those decisions,” the Belarus leader said.
