Yerevan is ranks 183th in the Mercer 2015 Quality of Living survey conducted among 230 world cities.

Mercer’s Quality of Living Reports provide valuable information and hardship premium recommendations for over 440 cities throughout the world; the ranking covers 230 of these cities. Living conditions are analysed according to 39 factors, grouped in 10 categories, such as political and social environment, schools and education, housing, medical and health considerations and others.

The capitals of neighboring states – Tbilisi and Baku – rank 194th and 197th respectively.

Vienna is first in the list followed by Zurich and Auckland. The last in the list is Baghdad.
