YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate and national roads are open for traffic as of Friday at 9:30am, reported the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
But there is black ice on some parts of the Martuni city section of the Vardenyats (Selim) Mountain Pass.
In addition, there is snowfall in Talin, Maralik, Aparan, Sevan, Dilijan, Gavar, Martuni, Jermuk, Sisian, Goris and Meghri towns, and the Saravan Mountain Pass.
The road crews are scattering salt and sand on the motorways to ensure safe travel.
