President Serzh Sargsyan issued a message of congratulations to the Kurdish community of Armenia. 

In his message, Sargsyan extended his best wishes in connection with Nowruz, the Kurdish New Year. 

The President also expressed the hope that Nowruz, the spring reawakening, becomes the symbol of a year of joy and accomplishments for Armenia’s Kurds.
